We would like to inform you that members who have made at least 24 monthly contributions, an active member of Pag-IBIG Fund and has source of income/capacity to pay at the time of application, may avail of a housing loan from Pag-IBIG. For those member who has lapses in their contribution may not affect the eligibility of availing housing loan.
