What the $@&!$&£¥> Globe Telecom Philippines customer service

Last night, I received more than 10 email notifications that my inquiry regarding Globe Rewards (Globe Telecom Phils is a Philippine telecommunications company) is being attended by a customer service agent.Only 1 "agent" has replied to ask for further information to verify my account with them. and after 24 hours he/she has not updated me.
Maybe it's time they change their tag line "Enjoy your way" to "We f$&k all the way"
